I was referring to 100 sellers, send it out to 100 sellers 7 times instead of sending letters out to 700 sellers 1 time. That what I meant. I been sending letters out weekly for a couple years now. And, Tony, I never miss a week of sending out. BC that where your calls coming in. That where your leads are, and without leads, there are no offers, and with out offers, there are no acceptance or rejections. So, when you mail, don think about the cost, it the result that count. My result, I receive anywhere fom 2 5 calls per week from my letters, out of those, everyone I talk to receive my hand written offers.
How Often Do You Follow Up With Direct Mail
the top initially, but so far i gotten about 12 calls. Not sure would have to recount. I use direct mail. I spent $2,000 and it brought in $63,000 in profit for 3 deals.

Michael the 90 day letter switch up, is this for sellers who have not responded or all?
I agree that having the mindset of having an unlimited budget is great, but spending thousands of dollars on marketing is pointless if you can close a deal. Also, you just wasting your time if you don target your market properly.
Kobus what do you send out when you follow up with sellers who have NOT responded? The same letter again or a different letter/postcard this time?

You asking the wrong question how many times do I mail. You should think of having an unlimited marketing budget. How many of you would give $2,000 to get $63,000?
But to answer Roshe Run Lightning you question, I would spend $2,000 all day long to bring in $63,000.
